    BIG thank you to Oliver who served us today. Exceptional human and delivered fantastic service! The team in the kitchen nailed every dish. Also to top it off - the thoughtful card to celebrate my daughter’s birthday was a wonderful added touch. Grateful 🙏🏼

    The customer service is always outstanding. It was interesting to learn that this location is the test kitchen for all locations. I ordered the udon truffle carbonara which was an Asian/Italian test item. The presentation was a bit boring but overall this dish could be a keeper. The bacon pieces should be more and smaller so each bite is consistent and smaller could make the bacon crunchier for texture. It also needs some brightness... Maybe Yuzu. This was my Mom's 93rd birthday and Joey certainly celebrated this achievement with her. They gave her a card, some small flowers and decadent mini brownies for dessert. Our server Hannah was knowledgeable, attentive and pleasant. Hannah and one of the managers asked for feedback on the test udon dish....smart. The bussers should wait until each diner is finished before removing entree plates.... It makes the people who are still eating feel rushed and uncomfortable.... It's not proper etiquette to remove one entree dish when others are still dining. I was happy to see that Joey employs hosts who have disabilities.

    Our waitress Hannah was very nice. She took our orders with a very reasonable time and checked back with us just the right amount regarding whether we had all we needed. The fish tacos were very tasty, as usual.

    Food is always good and service friendly. I've never had a bad meal and often take out of town guests for the experience and to show off our beautiful city. The view, if you can sit closer to the front windows or upstairs, is spectacular. The atmosphere is fun and vibrant so It can get a bit noisy.

    Amazing service from Katie and Rahul. We were greeted with champagne at the door. Amazing conversations and live music. Violinist was a plus!
