   Joey’s is our go-to destination for celebration events. When something goes wrong, they always make it good. Tonight they felt it took too long to pay attention to us after we were seated. They choose to tale the appetizer we ordered off our bill. All staff have been very attentive, considerate and appreciative.

   Last night : I had the pleasure of dining at Joey's this Valentine's Day, and I can honestly say it was one of the most memorable dining experiences I've had. This was the first Valentine's Day since I lost my husband, and I was unsure how it would feel, but Tomas and the team truly made it special. Tomas went above and beyond to ensure that my evening was filled with warmth and kindness. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, and Tomas made me feel welcomed and cared for. The Valentine's Day touches really stood out--from the beautiful rose placed on the table to the exquisite dessert, which was the perfect sweet ending to my meal. The food was absolutely incredible. We started with a few appetizers, and each dish was perfectly crafted, full of flavor. The main course was just as impressive--every bite was a delight, and you could tell the chefs take immense pride in their craft. Tomas gave us great recommendations, making the whole experience feel personal and unique. The portions were generous and beautifully presented. The happy hour selection was another highlight. I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic variety of drinks, with something for everyone. The cocktails were expertly crafted, and the wine list was fantastic. Today, I decided to take their advice and book through the website to skip the wait. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to see Tomas again—this time not as a server, but as the manager! We had the pleasure of being served by the lovely young lady in the bar side, who provided the same outstanding service that made my last visit so memorable. Once again, the experience was exceptional. A huge thank you to Tomas and the entire team for making every visit so special!

   Not sure how I feel about the open concept remodel. The restaurant almost seems smaller. Color scheme wasn't anything special and disappointed about all the fake plants. But the food was fantastic, plenty of menu options, lively atmosphere. Service was what I would expect from this restaurant.

   Overall, our Valentines experience at Joeys was great with a glass of bubbly provided while we waited briefly for our table, a red rose was brought to our table for my wife and a complimentary polaroid photo was provided for our memories. I ordered the blackened chicken which is my go to as it has always been good except for this time, the chicken was on the dry side and not near s tasty as other experiences. My wife's Farmers market salad with chicken was really good, she had no complaints.

   Have been going to Joeys for many years. Food was always amazing. This time not so great. Over cooked and very salty. Was very disappointed. New Reno they did looks like ikea. Open concept very noisy and not very private. Will try again next month for wife’s birthday and see if any better. Hate to find another place as the wife and had our first date here.

   Young inexperienced staff but tried hard to please. Bar staff not enough and inexperienced. Received martini not shaken with any ice.

   I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at your restaurant for a special Valentine’s lunch, which was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, every detail exceeded my expectations and made the celebration truly memorable. I was warmly welcomed by Sareena, the manageress, whose attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism set the tone for a fantastic afternoon. Her leadership and genuine care for my experience were evident throughout my visit, and she deserves high praise for her outstanding management and customer service. The special Valentine’s touches were remarkable. From being greeted with a glass of Prosecco to the thoughtful complimentary dessert beautifully presented with a heart-shaped strip of sauce, every detail was perfectly executed. I was also delighted by the thoughtful gesture of taking photographs with an instant camera—an unexpected and charming keepsake that truly made my day. The food was fantastic, living up to the high standards I’ve come to expect from Joey’s. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor, perfectly complementing the romantic ambiance of the occasion. I was also impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant. One staff member, in particular, was diligently cleaning tables and booths after other guests finished their meals. It was clear that great care is taken to maintain a welcoming and spotless dining environment. It’s experiences like this that keep customers coming back, and I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the incredible Valentine’s lunch I enjoyed.    Great new renovations. The noice level is amazingly low with the new setup! We had our favourite dishes which havent changed in quality, taste and appearance! Japanese Gyoza, Szechuan Chicken Lettuce Wraps & Blackened Chicken. Noticed a few other tables with same appes! Famous favourites by many people!! We had a wonderful attentive server Shayla! Spot on with service! Of course they always offer you a small free glass of champagne upon arrival! Would be a thought to consider offering a similar nonalcoholic beverage option too!
