   Overall the food was good. However there is a 20 percent "service charge" automatically added to the bill. If a "service charge" is added up front , I would expect great service. The waitstaff were pleasant enough (one server, one trainee), but not great. Our appetizer dishes were not cleared away and we were not offered drink refills until they brought the bill. Additionally, my burger arrived without the sauce that is listed in the description, I had to flag down the staff to request it, as the staff did not return to table to check on us. It took quite a while for it to be brought to the table. There was a $1.00 upcharge for extra pickles and also an additional fee for the sauce I had to request. In view of the lackluster service ( less than half full restaurant, lots of time for staff to chat by the ordering station) , the service fee and the upcharge for what should have been on the burger, I don't feel the value is equal to the prices.

   This might be a good restaurant to take your middle school kids to. It is loud. Cute decor. Food is fair at best. Waitstaff is disorganized and don't know much about the menu. Menu lacks variety.

   The food was a bit underwhelming given the price for our meals! Also, the gratuity was higher than expected for a party of 5!

   Service and food were underwhelming at best. Our appetizer came out after our food and after we had to ask for it. The grilled cheese was like a hard cheese patty between two pieces of toast. You could literally just pick it up off the bread Definitely not worth it. The mac and cheese was okay but grainy. Completely lacked any flavor though. The server was not very friendly or personable and never checked on how our food was. Once the food was dropped, we only saw her again when she was letting us know mgmt was scolding her for the table next to us leaving right after they got there. We didn't see her again until we had to ask for our bill. The shake was great at least. Fun looking, kitschy place but not worth the money.

   This was like a high school spot! I will never return to this place. Over priced, so so food and the drinks were ok and I mean just that ok!

   We made reservations to have dinner after a play at the Fox Theatre. When we arrived, there were so many people coming from the play. We were nervous that we wouldn’t get a table, but they had planned ahead and we didn’t have to wait long. Jared was our server and he was excellent. Very attentive. Our food came quickly. The drinks were great. I do believe because it’s downtown Detroit that prices are escalated. For eight people to eat it was $250 in a hamburger place which is a little high but when it was a special occasion, we overlooked that. I would definitely come again on a special occasion.

   It was ok. We came around 440; party of 5. I had to ask for napkins, utensils, plates, extra water and glass. I’d give it one more time. Then there’s only 2 restrooms..like really?? Overall I’d give it a 3/5.
