   The atmosphere was not what I expected, it was do loud you couldn't talk to each other, it wasn't very clean and the booth we sat at was attached to the bussing station so plates kept crashing down behind us. The food was just OK as well as the shakes. They look so much better than they taste. I was disappointed. The server was very nice, although again, I could hardly hear her because it was so loud.

   Our server was very sweet. The restaurant is small so I’d recommend making a reservation. The burger was tasty and the shake was good as well. We will definitely return upon our next visit to Chicago.

   The restaurant was dirty overall. The one side of the booth seat was dirty and the floor was sticky when we first sat down. The music was too loud. The host and waiter didn’t provide a kids menu until I had to ask. The bathroom for ladies was gross. The floor was wet and sticky. There was toilet paper all over the bathroom floor. The food was not great. The fish was greasy and the coleslaw was not good. The kids Mac and cheese did not seem baked at all just sloppy cheese over noodle. Not impressed for the first time.

   I felt like the service could’ve been a little bit better. The food was good. The milkshake was even better! One thing I didn’t agree with is being charged a certain percentage to use your credit card or debit card when paying!

   We did the bracelet making package for the kids. Includes bracelet, shake and entree. The kids both got kids meals and come to find out kids meals are not included. They had to order entrees, which were more expensive. Is the bracket making not for kids? Why would it not include a kids meal and require you to order an entree? And why wouldn’t the waiter have told us the kids need to order entrees? The whole thing is totally illogical and ended up being a crappy experience.

To clarify, the bracelet-making experience is absolutely designed for kids, and they can definitely order a kids' meal as part of the package. We do have one set price for the entire experience, which doesn’t change regardless of the meal choice, and we apologize for not communicating that more clearly. We’ll make sure to improve our communication moving forward to avoid any confusion in the future.     I was not impressed with Jojo's shake bar last night. I completely understand that they were busy, but I had a reservation and an experience pre-booked and prepaid and I was taking to the upstairs dining room, where there was no servers consistently up there. Our waiter didn't greet us until about 15 minutes after we were sat and we were given no water. Once we had told the waiter that we had booked an experience and prepaid for it he left and then came back about five minutes later and asked for our order, even though we had already known it. The food came back fairly quickly after ordering about 15 minute wait but it was mediocre at best. Then the worst part was that we got one shake for a table of two. The shake was over colored with food dye that stained my skin (still there by the way) and it was way too minty and thin not thick like a milkshake at all. And after about 20 minutes of waiting, my friend got their milkshake. Their milkshake was a completely different color, more of a nice mint green color than a dark green like mine. It was made properly and it tasted way better than mine. The charm bracelet making was fine and cute. It didn't feel organized though.  I was very upset that we were seated upstairs even with our reservation I thought that we would be seated in the main dining area and not secluded from it. Overall, it just felt like we were dumped into a space with no servers. Not pleased, especially since there was a 20% gratuity already added to this prepaid experience.
