   The manager duty was rude and crabby. We had reservations and still waited one hour to get seated. It was freezing cold and we had 8 teens with us who had no coats and she told us to wait outside. She ruined what should’ve been a fun & memorable experience.

   My family really enjoyed our start to the Holidays festivities at JoJo’s. I recommend the hot wings and onion rings.

   Food was delicious and shakes were amazing! Though they were overbooked and we had to wait a little while, everything was great.

   JoJo’s Winter Tent experience has a stunningly festive atmosphere, but the experience didn’t match the decor. Service was inattentive, with staff pushing the frustrating self-service option despite poor internet connectivity. The wait for food was long, and it arrived lukewarm. To make matters worse, our soup came without spoons, and it took far too long for someone (not even our server) to help us. While the ambiance was impressive, the slow service and subpar food quality left us disappointed.

   Food is not good. I’ve been here few times and it has never been good. But the Winter Wonderland has always been fun and worth the trip. Not so much this year. Now they have you order off and app which is not what I want to do when I’m spending $150 on a meal for 2 adults and 2 kids. And they have definitely tamed the holiday decor, which was disappointing.

   We had a reservation and had to wait to get an outdoor seat which was fine. The instructions on how to order weren’t super clear, I kind of figured someone would explain you had to purchase online. After we ordered and I had an email confirmation we waited for an hour for 4 shakes. I realize it’s the holidays and it was busy but to wait with three kids for an hour to get shakes was not worth it. The shakes were cute and they tasted ok but they didn’t warrant the long wait.

   Jojos Winter Wonderland was just ok. Many other bars in Chicago have more interesting displays during the holidays. It felt like someone put up some decorations in their garage around a tree. Nothing amazing. The food was really the highlight, the sandwiches and pot pie were great. Even the shakes, outside of appearance, were just ok. There were no napkins, condiments, or silverware on our picnic table, let alone decorations. Shakes were spilled on the ground underneath it from earlier diners. Our server was very nice but stopped by our table every 15-20 minutes or so, not enough for food service. The staff were nice however. Our largest complaint was the bathrooms were gross. No hand towels, trash everywhere. I would expect more from a fairly well known restaurant like that. Overall, I would try another place before going back here.

    Horrible experience. I do understand it's the holiday season but even our spinach dip had not come after 45 minutes and when I asked our waitress Her saying you're just going to have to wait and get it when your food comes out was enough for us to get up and leave. Always wanted to eat at this location but it was not worth the wasted trip.
