   I expected a better quality of food and all the pasta dishes we had had pasta overcooked. Tagliatelle al ragù wasn’t that impressive and it felt like if the ingredients were not properly amalgamated

   Staff are so friendly, welcoming and super attentive to ensure everything is good during and between courses. Food is delicious and portions are very good too. Highly recommend as a nice date spot.

   The food was incredible and every ingredient had its moment to shine in every dish. What a lovely spot to catch up with old friends over a scrumptious lunch with a good bottle of wine :) Our lunch booking was for 2.30PM and we were regularly made aware of the time and the fact that we need to order food before the kitchen closes, coffees before the coffee machine is switched off and desserts before the evening shift begins. I would have preferred a more leisurly schedule and not feeling rushed so much. Other than that it was perfect x

   Always a pleasure. Even on a busy busy Sunday lunchtime, the service was attentive and impeccable. And the food was as lovely as ever.

   Jelene is lovely, whether you are going for a cosy midweek supper, a romantic celebration or dinner with a group of friends. The food is tasty, the wine delicious and the service is amazing.

   Every London neighbourhood should have a Jolene. Small and intimate, a menu that changes daily serving traditional Italian. The puttanesca sauce in my dish was fabulous. Wine list like the menu is small and all natural. Service, efficient and friendly. Worth the trip from NW5.

    We were ushered out of the restaurant at 11 o’clock sharp despite not having finished our wine which is quite early for a Friday night. Food was okay but not great
