   I went on 03/20/25 a Thursday “steak night” they advertised on their instagram $35 ribeye with two sides.. we got charged $40 plus a 20% gratuity it was just TWO of us! Idk if the waitress didn’t know but we spent $141 for two steaks and one alcoholic beverage plus an appetizer. Even though it was “$35 steak night” food was great , service was great just try to make it clear on “ steak night “ left the waitress with a $60 tip. Will not return though because of the mishap

   Unfortunately they were behind on reservations and we never got seated or greeted. The third party that came in 30 minutes after us got seated first, we still didn’t have an update on a table.

   This is by far the worst service I've ever encountered. It's partially my fault for not leaving at the onset of being told there will be at least an hour wait for food. But, I figured it's my birthday, and I'll just chat it up with my brothers while waiting. Giving the new black owned spot a chance. Man, was I wrong. I was sat immediately. It took over 30 minutes to get an official waitress. Because the first waitress saw us sitting there and haven't been served. She took our drink orders and said she would pass the info on to the assigned waitress. Which she did. It still took the assigned waitress forever to bring us our drink order and to take our food order. From being sat, it took 2 hours to get our food. The food was good. But, way overpriced. I didn't want to leave because the alternative would be to wait somewhere else. Management is the obvious problem. To open without your correct kitchen staff is suicide. I don't see this place making it. I'll check back in three months and see if the reviews have improved. Big thumbs down for Jordyn's. 👎🏽

   Had a 9pm reservation, got there on time, there was no one at the front to greet us, I instead had to ask one of the employees I saw on the register and asked if they could guide me to anyone that can help seat us, the employee responded rudely stating “I DON’T DO NO RESERVATIONS, I DON’T KNOW NOTHING BOUT DAT, I HAD A LONG DAY!” And dismissed me. I was taken aback and stunned by the response that I was scared to ask another employee but thankfully I saw a much more pleasant person that guided me to who presented themselves as a manager. The female manager told us they were sold out of food and there was nothing they could serve us due to dealing with high volume spring breakers, and apologized for not being able to host us. Honestly the food looked good online but just the disrespect of that one employee makes me not want to spend my hard earned money there. 1 star! Save your money for better customer service.

   This is located where the former Gatsby’s was. They didn’t change much to the interior. We had an 8pm reservation. Placed an order and the server came back and said both entrees were sold out. So we placed an order for something else, the server once again came back to say none left. As a last resort ordered sides only, those were sold out as well. Then was informed they closed the restaurant at 9pm due to being sold out of everything. To say the least, it was a bad experience.

   Never actually got a chance to use my reservation! Walked in and stood at the hostess stand for almost 15 minutes and no one even greeted our party! So we turned around and left. As a result, we found a fabulous restaurant called Granger’s! Highly recommend that spot! However, not one of Jordyn’s best days! That was our first time attempting to dine there and will definitely be the last!

   Great food and staff! We’ll be back . Try the empanadas and jerk shrimp tacos! The Drunk in Love cocktail was also nice!

    We didn’t even get to order our food due to the kitchen being 1.5 hrs behind schedule. Had a comedy show to get to after dinner and had to leave before we ordered. Very upsetting that we barely got our drinks, which we ordered our own at the bar shortly after arrival, and had to leave to get McDonalds before the show so we wont be so famished. Despite waiting 40 minutes to be seated with a reservation and another 30 to even speak with a waitress…. The food did look very good and the staff was very apologetic and sweet… we gonna try it again on a less busy day 😌. Hopefully it will be a better experience!
