   There was a large table of rowdy people in the dining room we were in - screaming and swearing. It was difficult to hear my friend who was 2 feet away. Some people were able to move to another section but the restaurant was packed so that wasn’t an option for everyone. The staff never asked the table to dial it down - despite diners complaining. At some point, management has to step in when things are out of hand. The restaurant did comp our wine which was very kind.

   We enjoyed a delicious lunch (thanks to Noah’s expert recommendations that took our food likes and food allergies into account)! The space is beautiful, with languid clouds floating above the clear glass ceiling in what was once a fire station. Another time I’d love to eat on the sunny patio, but on this blustery weekend day my party was happy to indulge inside. Velvety deviled eggs topped with crunchy prosciutto woke up my palate, preparing it for the endive and beet salad (I added some expertly cooked and flavorful steak), while my dining companion lingered over the omelette accompanied by a lively mixed green salad. We both devoured a side of baguette, served with fruity marmalade and room-temp butter (thank you! It was spreadable! Other restaurants still serving sculptor’s blocks of marble, take note)! We shared a gooey-moist dessert topped with fruit and fresh cream, while wishing we had simply ordered two of them - it was that good. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

   Has the Oysters, the Stesk Tatare, Ker Cocktails as well as the almond trout and beef bourguignon, quite the feast. Pleqseqnrly surpised by the sommeliers recommendation, good service, good food and a pretty setting!

   The beef bourgeon was good; the bouillabaisse was sub-par. Our waiter and the manager were quite willing to make amends for the bouillabaisse, but we were disappointed in the overall experience.

   Our waiter was great, however, one of my BIGGEST pet peeves is when others are still dining and the table get cleared. Some people eat at a different pace and I never want others to feel rushed. We were there for an hour and felt rushed out. Not the experience I aim for.
