Josephine is the latest concept from James Beard nominated Chef Michael Scelfo of smash hits Alden & Harlow, Waypoint, and The Longfellow Bar.

Josephine is a celebration of family and food, focused on Italian favorites and simple pleasures.

Josephine features deep dish & thin wood fired pizzas and whimsical riffs on classic Italian foods, all set in a lively space. A massive marble bar with craft cocktails, ice cold martinis on tap, and a huge out door space that's dog friendly with an outdoor bar and fire pit will bring you back again and again.

We had a great time at Josephine. Very excellent service and the food and wine were tasty. Great place for a date night or after work drinks.

Very disappointed in the way our food was served (not the servers)the timing of our food. We ordered a salad to share. We were not even two minutes into eating it and our entree was brought. We sent it back. The pizza we kept. When we were ready for the pasta dish we asked to bring it back. Original dishes were served. Very disappointing.

We had a birthday celebration for ten of us last evening and Josephine's was the absolutely perfect place for it. Everyone got to choose favorites, we shared everything, the portions are enormous so everyone could get plenty of what they wanted. The food is great, the service was very warm, attentive, friendly, and the waitstaff were all charming. The noise level was amazingly low, we had no trouble hearing ourselves at all. Josephine's is on our "rotation", we will return there often.

We took my elderly mother-in-law to Josephine's for lunch today, and we couldn't have been happier with the service. The staff members were patient and caring, even adding some humor to our dining experience. The pizzas and sandwiches were fantastic, and the mozzarella sticks were the best we've ever had. The spritzs were delicious too. We'll definitely be back and will recommend to others.

Medium rare burger came out well done and drinks came out after food which came one meal at a time, so made the whole 5 person dining experience very awkward
