A reservation was made and confirmed by OpenTable. Upon visiting the restaurant, the doors were closed. The doors have been closed for several weeks and yet open table continues to make reservations. How can this be? Can we trust this organization in the future?

The restaurant was closed. Why accept a reservation? Lights were off and the door was locked. Do better Open Table

Our reservation was confirmed the day before we left to drive to Camp Verde, when we got there 10 minutes before our scheduled time the whole restaurant was closed. No signs up indicating an emergency closing - just closed so very rude.

We arrived at the restaurant fir our reserved time and found it closed. We received no notice that the restaurant would be closed. As a matter of fact, I received a confirmation the morning of our reservation. We had to find another place on a Friday night that could accommodate 8 people so we could have our birthday celebration. While I understand emergencies happen, it would have been nice to notify people ahead of just arriving at the door. You have my contact information so a text would have been helpful.

The server was all by himself and crushed it. He was amazingly responsive and resilient to assist a whole restaurant full of guests. Food was excellent. We will be back.

The Manager was very nice. Gave us a glass of champagne for our anniversary. The steaks were very poor quality.

We tried to get last minute reservations for New Year’s Eve and ended up making them at JT steakhouse. We were so happy we did. Outstanding menu, service and atmosphere. We will be back !!!

Buffet was awful, most of the entries were warm at best and tasteless or dry. The Turkey was a packaged breast not a whole cooked Turkey. The only redeeming thing was the chocolate cake. Since it was a self serve buffet, it lacked any service. The environment was cold no warmth, the booths were broken down. The restaurant definitely needs a remodel. Will not return.
