Underwhelming. Food was well below average. Seating was uncomfortable. Because tables are so close together combined with uncarpeted flooring, it was loud despite being mostly empty. The space has a lot of potential, though not currently being realized. Cannot recommend and no plans to revisit. What a shame.

The food was slightly above average, though the service was horrible. Very inattentive. Never brought bread to the table, even after we asked half-way through the meal. We had to repeatedly ask for drink refills. The only prompt attention we received was to process the check. Tables are positioned very close to one another and the noise level was unusually high, making the experience all the more dismal.

William, we are sincerely sorry that you didn't enjoy your experience with us the other night. I can assure you that all of your service notes have been taken seriously and addressed so as to prevent anything like this from happening again. Thank you for informing us about this as we are always looking for ways to improve. We hope you'll give us another chance in the future so we'll be able to show what our standards are in order to give you the experience you deserve. Thank you again and please feel free to reach out to us with any further questions or concerns!

Servers were very kind and attentive, but the food was diabolical. Butternut squash Soup was seemingly microwaved from a can and tasted like something Gerbers would be ashamed to put into their processed baby food. God knows what they added as a garnish... maybe cream, but it tasted like sour cream. After 3 spoonfuls I had to meditate my way out of gagging. Lamb Ragu - again, a microwave special... pasta was congealed to form one large mass and must have fused together during its "cooking process" $134 for 3 people - That's pure profit when you're salvaging food from a dumpster and serving it to your customers.

We are so sorry to hear your thoughts on your meal the other night. I can assure you that all of our dishes are scratch-made in-house so our Chef team does read and take seriously every food related review we receive and that yours will be no different. We appreciate your compliments to the service and hope you'll come back and give us another chance in the future.

Our second time here, we had a bottle of Montepulciano, reasonably priced, split a Caesar salad, small amount chopped fresh lettuce but dressing nothing to write home about. Bread is ok, I prefer crustier bread like Ciabbata, main course I ordered Ciopinno, my wife Spicy Rigatoni ala Vodka. Rigatoni was good, our excellent waitress Haley warned us about its spiciness (thank you!), my shrimp tasted like they had been frozen, and something was missing... Haley reviewed the menu and determined they had omitted my salmon. When she brought that, it was perfectly cooked. Quite noisy, we will return to try other menu items if we can get Haley again.

Went to celebrate a 60 th birthday! Lunch options were very good and quality and quantity of it was great. Server was very good. Verified with the hostess that I had a birthday person attend but nothing happened.
Juliet Italian Kitchen - ArboretumResponded on 15 March 2025
Sheralee, we're very sorry that the birthday was not acknowledged during your meal! It has always been policy to surprise any birthdays with complimentary dessert so someone definitely dropped the ball in that regard. I can assure you we'll do everything in our power to make sure such an oversight doesn't occur again. All that being said, we're very pleased that you enjoyed the food and service otherwise. Thank you for taking the time to leave this review and we hope you'll come back again in the future!
