Experiences

  • Mexico Ancestral @Junction

    Multiple dates available
Come experience the magic of ancient Mexican dishes at our limited-time-only, pop-up restaurant led by Junction staff cook, Chef Diego. The menu represents a style of Mexican cooking that incorporates the meticulous preparation and refined techniques of haute cuisine with traditional Mexican ingredients and flavors. The dishes are flavorful but not spicy; but for those that like it hot, ask for the house salsa.

Food was well prepared and had good favor. Service was prompt and atmosphere was nice. Restaurant is small and tables are close. Paella is one of the best thing on the menu as well as the octopus and empanadas. Overall it is a positive experience.

Great food and service. The seating arrangement was very tight which took away from the experience. Also no full bar, but not a detractor (just good to know before going).

Excellent! Highly recommend Wagyu beef and patatas bravas. Nice wine list, although by-the-glass selection was small.

We ate here on a Friday night in January. It was not crowded, so not noisy. The service was very good. The food was not so great. The tortilla espanola was s slice of dry cake. The empanadas were bland - like eating a hamburger in a dry pastry.

Very slow night. The waitress was lovely, attentive and informative. The choices were abundant. Our meals were well portioned and very tasty, perhaps a little over-salted on the presa and wagyu but super flavors.

I had the pleasure of dining with a friend for brunch today, and we were delighted by the experience. My friend ordered the chiliquilles, and I indulged in the Spanish French Toast. Both dishes were delicious – perfectly prepared, flavorful, and satisfying. To complement our meals, we enjoyed Mango Mimosas. The portions were generous without being overwhelming. This spot is worth a visit if you're looking for a fantastic brunch! I look forward to trying their dinner menu!

Always a joy to dine here. We had the pleasure of meeting Nick and Ingrid (and Yvette) last year and will make it a yearly tradition to dine here on New Years and other times as well. They featured some specialty items for the evening, signature dishes from two of their chefs, and the items were wonderful. The staff are mindful of the entire restaurant and not just their assigned areas. Keep up the great food, service, and enjoyable atmosphere.
