We had dinner outside here on a Sunday night. The cocktails were great. My wife got the red curry and it was excellent. I had the grouper which was cooked perfectly.

Amazing. Our favorite place for brunch. Start with fried baby eggplant. Move on to the croque madame (great to share). Include a bottle on their collab with William Chris wines.

Nina was great— very kind, patient, and attentive throughout our entire dinner. We were there for about 2 hours, catching up after a long time, and she always greeted us or stopped by with a smile on her face. We appreciate you! Our food was delicious. The Escargot was every bit as yummy as I remember it being the first time I visited June’s a couple years ago. Not to mention, it is so hard to find Escargot in Austin, so it really scratches the niche itch for a unique small plate. Our Boston Salad (forgive me if I misnamed the dish) we shared did not disappoint, and the cheddar complimented the dressing perfectly. The Fried Chicken Sandwich might have been even tastier this time than the last— it seems like the breading got crispier with bolder, zestier flavor profiles. While I didn’t get a taste, my colleague only had good things to say about the Steak Tartare she ordered. I’ve only been here twice so far, and I’ll definitely have to come back again in the future to try something new!

We had a nice time eating outside tonight. Service and food was very competent. A decent bistro fare in Austin. We love the matzoh ball soup. It’s a huge bowl, arguably too much food for just one person, and really delicious.

I have loved June's in the past but it has really gone downhill. The prices are outrageous for the portions and lack of sides. We will not return.
