   We have been to this location before and enjoyed it more then than this time. No real attentiveness during this recent experience including no water refills offered and no iced tea brought to the table despite it being ordered. We like our privacy and uninterrupted conversation, but the only times we were spoken to were to order drinks, an app, our entrees and desert with a courtesy fly-by "How is everything" when my mouth was full (HUGE pet peeve). I sensed an organized chaos here this evening as well as a staffing issue but I could certainly be wrong about that. The Cranberry location sets a wonderful standard and may be well-worth the additional travel.

   Wonderful waiter!!! Zach was amazing. Very attentive but not overwhelming. Could not have been kinder to my mother-in-law and her friend as they can be sometimes demanding, lol. Thank your team for a wonderful experience

   Our meal at Juniper Grill was one of the worst we have ever had there. We ordered seafood which was poorly prepared, undercooked, and not well-presented. I sent my meal back to the kitchen since it was undercooked, and it came back still undercooked and awful. Cod should not be served with a layer of black slimy oil on the underside and it should not smell fishy when prepared properly. We spoke to management but he did not seem all that concerned; therefore, I followed up with the restaurant through their website form as well but I received no response. Cooking / preparing seafood at the proper temperature and doneness is critical for taste as well as the health and safety of patrons.
