Kaizen’s Tuna Tartare is a true masterpiece. Perfectly cut bluefin tuna, avocado, and crispy nori create an incredible balance on your palate. Add some caviar on top, and it takes it to another level.

f there’s a sushi bar in heaven, it must be like Kaizen! The A5 Miyazaki Wagyu was so tender that even the fork felt unnecessary. I didn’t know my life was incomplete until I came here.
