The food was phenomenal! Every dish was good. Healthy and good portions. Great service also. Drove from an hour away to dine here.

Went to Kalamata with friends. I attended the soft opening and was very impressed. Our second visit was the true test as we were a party of 5 of hungry locals. Our wait staff was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and very attuned to our needs. When she saw that our table was too small for all the wonderful food we ordered she saw to getting us a second small table. The hummus is fresh and topped with crisped chickpeas. The pita bread is fresh made on site. We ordered a variety of other lamb, shrimp and beef dishes and all were incredible. To top it off they have an inventive cocktail menu. Loved it and we will be back to quell our Mediterranean cravings.

We needed a nice fresh healthy meal with excellent salads and gyros, and Kalamata was perfect! Terrific food, outstanding and friendly service and very reasonable prices with solid portions. Our hostess/server Ms. Posternak was quite lovely and kind, and a perfect complement to our meal and experience there. Recommend very highly, and we are picky about Greek food. Get the baba ganoush and the gyros!

I thought the food was delicious and it came out relatively quickly. I also wasn’t expecting the complimentary hummus which was also delicious. The chicken shish kabob was delicious. I did think it was a little weird that their salad didn’t have feta but it was still really good. Their peach tea was also fine - not too sweet or syrupy. Would love to come back when I’m in the area.
