If someone never had Indian food before, and I had to take them anywhere to try it for the first time, I would bring them to KAMA! The food was delicious, from the Chicken Tikka Masala to the Lamb Chops Masala, the Crispy Chili Potatoes, and the Goan Mussels Curry! I will 100% be back.

Went here for restaurant week and was really pleased with the food! Everything was super flavorful and had good portion sizes. The staff was friendly, but pretty slow which led to long times waiting between courses (~30 minutes). But I assume that’s likely because it was restaurant week and they may have been a little understaffed and the restaurant was very busy! Overall was a great experience

Kama kept true to its promise, authentic Indian flavors, in a modern setting. Its offerings for Restaurant Week were amazing. You wouldn’t have gone wrong. Started with Chicken Lemon Tadka, a burst of lemon creaminess. Lamb chop Madala did not disappoint, either. Bourbon Gulab Jamun was my perfect ending. For my date, app was Goan Mussels Curry, which was generous in portion and has wondeful sauce to dip your naan in. Sous Vide Beef Short Rib was the star of the show, fit for a hungry king, and ending ithe meal with strawberry and mango ice cream in legit Asian flair. Wait staff was attentive. Lively ambience.

Lunch reservation for 4 at noon and the place was empty. Don’t let that discourage you as the food is wonderful! I think the vibe is perfect for evening dining but we enjoyed the atmosphere and having the place almost to ourselves. Two of us ordered mango lassi for drinks. We shared chicken tikka masala medium spicy, paneer saag palak masala mild, molia kofta medium, Channa masala mild, rice, two orders of naan one garlic and one butter. It was plenty and we had left overs. My one friend also ordered samosas for an appetizer. If you like Naan I would order one per person as it’s served in cut up slices of 4 per order. The chicken is breast meat and was perfectly cooked. The paneer pieces are giant. The kofta was made perfectly with a crunchy outside and soft texture inside. Our table favorites were the tikka and the channa masala. The fresh naan bread was delicious!
