Kase strives to bring fresh Japanese fusion omakase style cuisine to Las Vegas. Omakase translates to “I’ll leave it up to you” or in this case the sushi chef. Kase will emulate Omakase style sushi bars from Japan and bring that extraordinary style of meals to Las Vegas. We invite you to join us for lunch or dinner. Reservations are highly recommended. Kasé is not a place to see and be seen. It’s simply a place to enjoy some of the highest quality sushi in Las Vegas.

If you've been curious about sake and/or want to learn more about the expertly crafted sake that we serve at Kasé, for one night only Chef Tony Torres is putting together a special 6 course premium omakase dinner menu with sake pairings coming from the portfolio of World Sake Imports. We will have a Sake Sommelier in house helping you all learn as we go along and we hope you will not only deepen your knowledge of the product, but hope you will become more of a fan than you currently are! We had the 7 course Omakase. Excellent sushi at an amazing $49. Highly recommended.

I have an actual gluten allergy, which I told them about via booking and in person; yet, they still apparently served me gluten on the very first course. The owner noticed and I stopped eating it part though, which is at least something. However a totally wasted night; no charge, but still cost me a whole evening and a $100+ on baby sitter. I believe James takes things seriously and this was a mistake by one of his staff; I hope his staff learn before this happens to someone with a more life-threatening allergy. I think we'll be back though, it still looked good.

Amazing sushi at a very affordable price. Tasting menu was as good as I have ever had, even compared to high end sushi places in Las Vegas, LA or New York. Great place for date night.

We were pleasantly surprised on how nice and clean it was. Also we were immediately greeted and welcomed in. Our table had a reserved sign on it. Our server Nick was extremely knowledgeable about all the Food and Sake choices. The food and drinks were outstanding! We will definitely come back.

This is our GO TO for sushi in Las Vegas! We love their salmon nigiri with their special sprinkle surprise and their negi toro is the best we have ever had anywhere! Everything is delicious here and we look forward to our weekly visits! Highly recommend.

Kase Sake & Sushi is an awesome spot. Chill & welcoming vibe, friendly & attentive service (Thank You Elizabeth), wonderful beer/sake list, and a delicious menu. We chose their Nami 6 Course Tasting, and everything was masterfully crafted. We highly recommend Kase Sake & Sushi.
