Kase strives to bring fresh Japanese fusion omakase style cuisine to Las Vegas. Omakase translates to “I’ll leave it up to you” or in this case the sushi chef. Kase will emulate Omakase style sushi bars from Japan and bring that extraordinary style of meals to Las Vegas. We invite you to join us for lunch or dinner. Reservations are highly recommended. Kasé is not a place to see and be seen. It’s simply a place to enjoy some of the highest quality sushi in Las Vegas.

    Amazing value. Wonderful and inventive sushi of high quality. Had the 6 course omakase and was quite full. Beautifully executed sushi. Good staff service. Highly recommend.

    Very fresh and delicious sushi. Loved the casual omakase experience with Sake paring for the entire family. The quality of fish was exceptional. If you’re looking for delicious sushi with great ambiance this is the place. We will be back soon!

    This place is such a gem. Great value omakase if that's your thing, but ordering a la carte is also perfectly acceptable. Fish is always super fresh. Sake menu is extensive and eclectic. They're so nice and accommodating when we bring in our toddler, and we also get great service when it's just the grown ups.

    I have an actual gluten allergy, which I told them about via booking and in person; yet, they still apparently served me gluten on the very first course. The owner noticed and I stopped eating it part though, which is at least something. However a totally wasted night; no charge, but still cost me a whole evening and a $100+ on baby sitter. I believe James takes things seriously and this was a mistake by one of his staff; I hope his staff learn before this happens to someone with a more life-threatening allergy. I think we'll be back though, it still looked good.

    Amazing sushi at a very affordable price. Tasting menu was as good as I have ever had, even compared to high end sushi places in Las Vegas, LA or New York. Great place for date night.
