   I had spotted this place on Instagram and the food, while a really small menu, looked really nice. It did not measure up to my expectations. The halloumi donut was nice but it was the chilli jam that saved it. The Kazba open plate with beef was completely flavourless. Mine didn't come with the green chilli sauce but I was able to try some from a friend's plate and it basically didn't have a flavour. It was a Sunday night and we were one of a few people in the restaurant yet service was really slow (although I did note there were doing lots of Uber food delivery's). The ambience was nice but the guy on bar service was not communicative or friendly and seemed like he didn't want to be there. Disappointing night out for my birthday but at least the gals I was with were fun!

   It was our first time experiencing the Harem high tea. The food was amazing and the staff member looking after is knew his stuff! A beautiful venue to catch up with my besties!

   I had a great experience at this high tea. The food was amazing, a perfect combination of sweet and savoury dishes. It included some of my favourites from the Za Za ta menu and had some interesting twists on classic high tea foods( I also loved the unlimited supply of some truly delicious Australian native botanical teas). My favourites were the stuffed dates, but my partner was a big fan of the freshly baked bagel and clotted cream/jam combo. There were a few meat options on the menu, but these were easily swapped out for a vegetarian option when asked. Finally, the staff were great. I will definitely be coming back and have already recommended this experience to several friends.

   Well, we booked for Fathers Day Dinner just to find out on arrival that they don’t have a Kitchen on Sundays. There is no mention on the webpage or in any of the emails they send for confirmation. We left and had to find an alternative restaurant for dinner. Not happy

   Booked in and was met with for Kazba or next door like it was unusual to book in and oh just take a seat! Food was ok, mojito very poor. Wouldn’t go back!

   Lovely venue for a drink with friends. Nice atmosphere and great choices for cocktails. Mezze platter was great to share with friends. Unfortunately the Saturday night we attended there was only one server for the bar who was also attending the restaurant and a function for many people. We had a lovely night but the service was just not up to standard as the poor girl was run off her feet!!! Hopefully this was just a one off experience. I’d like to go back on a night with more staff.

   We went with the small plates and enjoyed the taste of them all. There was one vegan and one vegetarian so we were very well catered for. Loved the cocktails - such unique flavours. Great wine list, with vegan wines clearly marked.

    Zaazaata is so much better than Kazba...should have gone back there but was trying to please my meat eating friends! Sat at a lounge table which is a bit odd for eating anything but nibbles, and the service was not great, but the food was nice. Perhaps better as a lunch time option??
