   Our waitress whom I felt bad for having to deflect our complaints even after speaking to her manager he would not even come to our table to speak to us , this was no fault of hers but this was the worst meal we’ve ever had, service was excruciatingly slow. The chicken tenders weee far from tender as they were so overcooked I was afraid I’d chip my tooth , we ordered bruschetta that was burnt and it was the manager who delivered it to our table! So bad we could not even eat it. Yes they comped our food however we left hungry because we didn’t want to wait another hour for our food. Restaurant was dirty and there was a strange red liquid leaking out from under our seat. This experience has deterred us from ever going to another Kelsey’s restaurant again.

   The only hitch was I had booked a table in the Sam’s room, however there was already a party in there. We were offered a booth instead. It was very clean and comfortable. So hitch became a minor hiccup.

   Kelsey’s website provides promotions so while visiting Orillia, though we would attend. Server was going to accept promotion but manager asked to see and said okay, then told server - No. Manager did not speak to me - poor customer service. And elderly lady with walker at next table had an issue. Again no customer service. Not a place to return.

   My husband has a severe health issue that reframes him from drinking alcohol. The waitress brought him which was suppose to be a non alcohol lemonade. When the waitress put our drinks down on the table she just happen to mention it was a gin lemonade. My husband & I didn't hear her but my daughter-in-law did & stopped him before he could take a sip. The waitress just assumed it was a alcohol drink when ordering instead of asking. It would have been a very serious situation if he had gone ahead & began to drink it. On top of this we also had to wait 45 mins for our main course. The portion size we felt were small for the price. I also mentioned in our reservation when booking online that it was for an anniversary when asked if it was a celebration of any kind. This was not acknowledge so what is the purpose of even asking? For these reasons we will not be returning.

   First time at Kelley's and definitely not the last. The food was well portioned and tasty. The staff were wonderful, cheerful and service prompt. The wings were great but I'll be back for the burger!

    I had made a reservation. Arrived early for dinner to find out our reserved table had been taken over by other patrons. They had pushed it together for their friends that were joining them. The manager did go over and talk to them. We were reassigned a booth. It was Thursday 1/2 price wings. Our waitress arrived immediately as we were seated. We did not have to look at the menus as we already knew what we were having. Order was placed, drinks were delivered and we waited for 50 minutes for 2 orders of wings to come. They were cold and we were given 1 stick of celery and 1 stick of carrot. We are Kelsey regulars at different locations and never have we had to wait that long. Usually it’s a max of 15 minutes.
