It Got extremely cold because hearter kept going out. No real accommodation to fixing the situation. Understandably that it’s January in Chicago! There should have been other thing to accommodate us once heaters started to fail. An Not a house heater !!!

It was a wonderful experience, we had a great service and the food was excellent. The photos of the sunset and night time is beautiful. Worth the money !!!

We had an amazing time!!! I highly recommend going. The views, the service, the ambiance, and the food were great! Definitely a good spot for a bday celebration or really any kind of celebration. Our waiters were awesome, so sweet, and super attentive; not in an overbearing way. I would definitely do it again!

The igloo experience was fun! The igloo was warm and inviting with pillows and blankets. The igloo was warm, the food was delicious and the service was attentive. I highly recommend the experience!

The food has no seasoning, only thing good is the wings and the drinks are good. The igloo could also use a third heater on COLDER days to keep heat in when waiters come in to serve because they do not close the igloo back while serving. But overall, it was a vibe with the Bluetooth speaker that was provided, it’s a must go! Fellas, take your lady, you gone spend, but she gone attend to you later. 😉

The view was fantastic and the igloo was kept cute and kept warm on a very cold evening. It wasn’t warm enough to remove many layers but coats could come off. The food and drinks were good and very affordably priced. We struggled with the time limit and the minimum spend requirement. With only 1 server covering all 3 igloos we went long stretches of time without her checking on us so we couldn’t order more drinks and food. We had to take our desserts to go because we ran out of time. Overall it was a great experience and we would do it again knowing better how to order and time ourselves.

The entire experience was a 10 out 10. Upon arriving, we will see there in the lounging area. It wasn’t long before we were seated in our igloo, which was absolutely perfect. The heat was great. They gave us our own personal speaker so we can play the music of our choice. The service was great. Nicole was one of our servers and she was like amazing. The other people that helped us were so accommodating and continue to check on us throughout our entire experience. The food was great, especially the wings. They were hitting! The rain tried to ruin our day, but it stopped And we were able to take a few pics on the rooftop.
