   Everything we ordered was amazing! The menu is small but we all found something to enjoy. Like the open kitchen and the bar is great and relaxing too! Great cocktails. Overall, great experience.

   The small menu allows the chef to present excellent food with delicious twists. I do mean delicious! and the portions are reasonable and filling without over-stuffing you. Everything that was ordered was just right: right taste, right presentation, right size, The wide-open kitchen allows you, if you so choose, to sit at the surrounding counter and watch the meals being prepared. The wine list is also limited but with carefully chosen wines and all excellent choices. The only surprise was the location of the toilets which were outside of the restaurant, across the hotel lobby and up and down stairs; once there, you have the luxury of a private room and there are several available.

   A great addition to Old Town’s restaurant and bar scene. Service was friendly and attentive, even on a busy NY Eve. The tasting menu offered on NY Eve ended up being more of a surprise than we would have liked. A few people at our table had food allergy issues and we had to improvise on what courses they could eat. The staff and kitchen did a great job helping. But I think when you only offer the tasting menu , it may help to spell it out ahead of time. We will be back to try the standard menu.

   Went to KILN for New Years eve, where they had a fixed price 5 course tasting menu. Everything was very unique and we had a great time trying new dishes. They even accommodated a food sensitivity within the tasting menu. Highly recommend.
