Was fine but it largely felt like the team wasn’t ready for the opening brunch rush. Pretty sure my order should’ve looked different but was a “make it work “ situation. Still though, delicious. But the poor runners kept coming up to us with the wrong orders because they kept getting the wrong table number asignments.

We got same night reservation on a Friday night and the place was mostly empty at 7pm, which is never a great sign, especially in Little Italy. Being as empty as it was, while blasting music and karaoke screens playing music videos, just made it felt more forced. What really killed the mood was a guy coming up to every table and taking pictures then trying to sell us printed and framed pictures while we were eating. We were not in Disneyland and we did not need to feel like tourists when we were just trying to have dinner. The view wasn’t even that great from the rooftop! The food and drinks were actually better than expected given our initial impression. Bone marrow tacos were decadent. Birria very legit with a good consume. Ceviche was fresh and bright. Fries were not good, too soggy. I just wish that we could mix and match more, and not be forced to get 3 medium tacos per order at $20+. The margarita flight came with 5 flavors. Not all winners (surprisingly didn’t like the cucumber or Tamarindo which normally are my favorites) but it was more than I could finish anyway, and pretty decent value. Service was ok. We were greeted and seated quickly. Our server was friendly and efficient. Maybe too efficient. The entrees came out before the apps. The whole experience just felt so rushed. Maybe this is an ok place to come by for a quick lunch when in town, but it’s not for those who want to unwind after a long week and enjoy a quiet dinner.

The food and service was great. But the portions are small for the price, even considering the location. The chips and guacamole were $14 and came with about half a cup of guacamole and 12 chips.

I went later in the night before heading to a nightclub. The upstairs floor had great views, but the cold evening was apparent when sitting next to the windows. The food and drinks were top shelf. If I ever need another pre-game before heading to the nearby nightclub, this is the spot.

Food was pretty gross. Burnt nachos, fundido was a bag of unmelted cheese in a skillet, tuna was beyond fishy & drowned in mayo. Service was slow. I would strongly recommend skipping this place.
