   The food and drinks were fabulous! I loved my dinner (garlic shrimp with coconut rice). My house margarita was awesome too. The service was a bit compromised due to a significant language barrier and being understaffed. The restaurant was fairly empty but the wait time for food/drink/service was significant. A few order mixups too but I think that was more due to a difference in language. A super fun place to celebrate a birthday, especially if you’re over 21 and enjoy tequila shots!!

   When we arrived at the restaurant for our reservation, it was closed. Since it was Christmas Day, this caused a bit of a scramble to find another place to eat. I messaged the restaurant the following day, letting them know that we had been able to book through OpenTable when they were clearly closed. I still have not received a response (an apology would have been nice, but to not even acknowledge the mishap makes me think they’re either extremely disorganized or do not care about their customers at all). I don’t know whether this was a glitch with OpenTable or the restaurant. Either way, this was a pretty disappointing experience.

   We booked a reservation on Open Table and the restaurant was CLOSED!!! Worse yet, because we already had an active reservation we couldn’t even make a reservation for a different restaurant when we showed up and the original place was close. This was a total fail on both the restaurant and Open Table’s part.

   Made reservations on open table. Get there for dinner and they are closed. I just looked for today and they are still open table. If you are NOT open do not offer times. You choose to be on OpenTable you know how it works. Do better guess I will never give you a try as you can’t even figure out how to properly schedule on open table. What a shame. Folks don’t make reservations on open table for this restaurant they don’t know how to use properly. They allow people to make reservations when clearly they are not open.

   Made a reservation for Christmas Eve, re-confirmed the appointment on the 23rd via the open table email request, and when we arrive to the restaurant. It had a sign of being closed for Christmas Eve and Day. Leaving my party of seven without a restaurant. The communication between the restaurant and Open Table is non Existent.

   Cool vibes. Fun atmosphere. Food was unique for a suburban restaurant. Had a large group of 12 and service was smooth. Only opportunity for improvement could be a better selection of premium spirits (tequila) for those who prefer a neat pour over margaritas.

    Food was great! My husband asked for beer on draft then asked for imported beer. A beer was suggested and my husband asked again if it's on draft. He got a bottle beer. I ordered 2 Queen's Passion drinks. Got the crown with the 1st and a flower. Got fruit with the 2nd. No consistency. We've been several times and brought several people. We love the restaurant. We hope they continue to provide service above El Rancho Grande which provides no consistency in drinks, food or service.
