   We'd heard good things about the pub since it reopened so decided to give it a try. It's not somewhere we'd go for a posh meal but for what we wanted last night, it was perfect. The food was delicious, the staff were warm and friendly (even gave our dog water without us having to ask, and biscuits) and the feel of the pub was very welcoming. We'll definitely go back

   Our first time here. Received a warm and friendly welcome. The menu was varied, lots to choose from. Slightly pricier than other pubs. The food was great; beautifully presented, hot and very tasty. We will be back.

    Fantastic roast dinner the flavours were gorgeous. It was lovely having lots of different fresh veg in a separate bowl for us to serve. Generous portion of meat and roasties and a large home cooked yorky and proper thick gravy - lovely. Puds were great too. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Definitely want to go again and would certainly recommend.
