    The service was not great. We had to wait a lot to order and to get our food. I would recommend to have waiters walking at least once around the tables to check if everything is going well

    All the above criteria were good to excellent. HOWEVER, when we arrived at Kiosk they said that only a table for '2' was reserved at Kiosk, instead of a table for 10 people. at first, they wanted to give us a too small table (for 8persons) and we had to leave again in a short time frame to grant next guests their seat. After some arguing, they did provide us with an appropriate table in the end. So food/dinner/ambiance was all good. But the reservation process wasn't. not sure whether the fault was on Kiosk side or OpenTable side.

    terribly noisy! loud music and bad acoustics. very slow service. shabbydecor- raw electricity, stray bands and string, low lighting (needed phone flaslight to see menu! and saw others doing the same), food was tasty but salty. dirty toilets! (men & women), the floor surrounding the toilet was wet- i'd like to think it was just water... paper on the floor. shame, we were looking forward to a fun evening and were very dissapointed!.

    Nice location with river view, steps from the bank of the Danube. Table was available upon arrival.

    The waiter was really uninterestined and we had to wait for a long time everyone we wanted drinks. The duck leg was as dry as bone.

    The restaurant decor was industrial chic. Which was great. Very trendy. I found the young waitress very abrupt. I asked if we could have a slight change to one of the dishes, because of dietary issue. She said no, no changes could be accommodated. For a 'top class' restuarant I felt this was not acceptable. A good restaurant and chief should be able to deal with client's requirements. So I feel the level of service let the place down.
