**A Culinary Delight with a Side of Patience** I recently dined at Kitchen & Kocktails and while the food was nothing short of spectacular, the service left much to be desired. Seated at the bar, we were excited to dive into the menu, but it took over 30 minutes before our orders were even taken—only after I had to speak with the hostess to nudge things along. Once we finally ordered, the food arrived and blew us away with great flavors and presentation. However, the slow service cast a shadow over an otherwise fantastic meal. To top it off, we were surprised to see an added gratuity on our bill, which felt a bit presumptuous given the service experience. It Kitchen & Kocktails may be worth it—but be prepared for a slower pace and unexpected charges. **Hope they can streamline the service soon!**

The food is flavorful and they provide nice portions. I would say it is severely overpriced. The entrees do not come with sides. For just two pieces of fried chicken or fish to be $21-25 is insane. I would suggest to never go on the weekends as they are just filling seats and don’t have the staff to accommodate customers. We waited an hour and a half between appetizers and our main meal. Considering the menu items are common to most atlanta “grass wall” establishments I dont feel their priced competitively or will have staying power in this market after the hype dies down. Overall the food was good but not worth experiencing again

I had an amazing time at this establishment. The ambiance, food, drinks, and server were amazing. I was really surprised at how much I enjoyed the Mac-n-cheese, collard greens, cornbread, and chicken everything was seasoned well and tasted authentic. I’ve tried soul food at other establishments and was surprised that this was the first restaurant where I truly enjoyed the food!!! Not only was the food great the drinks specifically the frozen peach D”Usse was goodt!!!! They did not skim you on any of the liquor…definitely recommend. I would actually recommend this place to anyone visiting Atlanta. The only improvement needed is with the wait time for food as we waited over and hour for our food, I also ordered catfish and my plate arrived with shrimp as they had ran out of catfish and no one came to inform me. Once our server realized the mistake she immediately corrected the order and substituted the shrimp with chicken. Overall great experience just needs more hands in the kitchen. I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The ambiance, food, drinks, and service were outstanding. I was especially surprised by how much I enjoyed the mac and cheese, collard greens, cornbread, and chicken—all perfectly seasoned and tasting truly authentic. Having tried soul food at other places, this was the first time I genuinely loved everything I ate. The drinks were just as impressive, particularly the frozen peach D’Usse, which was fantastic! They didn’t hold back on the liquor, either—a big plus. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Atlanta. That said, there is room for improvement with the wait time, as we waited over an hour for our food. Additionally, I ordered catfish but received shrimp instead, as they had run out of catfish, and no one informed me. Once our server realized the mistake, she quickly fixed it and substituted the shrimp with chicken. Despite these minor setbacks, it was an overall great experience. They just need more hands in the kit

Food was decent but over-priced. No beer and wine was very bad. Cocktails were twice what they should be. Service was slow. Gratuity automatically applied for party of two so they must get a lot of complaints. Overall, not very good at all.

This is my first experience and I’m won’t return. Service was subpar and we waited over an hour for our food. No discount offered. They just brought two pieces of corn cornbread to the table for five people and a few waffles as compensation….No thanks. We saw the owner walking around as well, but he only stopped and talked to one table.
