   Pulling up to the building, there were no outside lights on, it looked unwelcoming and like it was closed. Entered the restaurant and was greeted by a very friendly host, but the music was way too loud in that small area, especially since there were no others diners there. Bartender was very unfriendly, it would appear she was new, and didn`t know how to handle people. Grabbed glasses by the rim, where people put their mouth. I had to pay $10 per person deposit in order to make the reservation, but it wasn`t refunded for 3 days, not sure why it wasn`t simply deducted from the bill. Paid $8.50 for a glass of wine, it seemed to be a pretty short pour. Food was very good, my group enjoyed it, but because of the overall experience, I doubt that any of us will return. The restaurant business is competitive, you need to give your customers a reason to return, and make them feel that you appreciate their business. Pay attention to details, it`s the difference between success and failure.

   We enjoyed our night on the town at Kitchen & Kocktails! The food was delicious, service was on point and we loved the ambiance.

   Oh. My. Goodness!! Kitchen & Kocktails, is so far the best. Very good food, drinks and service. Smiling hostess when we walked in and happily walked us to our table. We had the most delicious drinks. We had Drinks ordered were French Quarter Kiss, Lemon Drop Delight, 414 Ole Fashioned, and a Chardonnay (that not pictured). Then round 2 was A Strawberry Sip, and 2 beers. Food ordered was Appetizers: Fried Green Tomatoes Salmon Bites Entrees: Catfish, Fried chicken and Mac & Cheese, Shrimp and Grits, and Ox Tails and grits. Everything was just delicious. Tonight they had a dj playing ol' school music which was great. The drinks, and food were just amazing. Will definitely be retuning. I will say, make sure you have a reservation to make sure you're seated in a timely manner.

   Our server Tia was very helpful and attentive all night. She also made great recommendations for the bbq wings. The food was amazingly cooked and well seasoned. The atmosphere was both warm and classy. We will definitely be back.

   We had a decent experience. We went for Sunday Brunch, anxious to try out the Kitchen & Kocktails we’ve heard so much about from other cities. We asked if they could make a Mimosa, but the bartender did not know what that was. So, we just decided to order the Sparkling Wine, but they only had one,. So. I let my friend have it since she ordered first, but it turned out to be a basic Rose’ wine. My mother loved her chitterlings (chittlins), and I loved the fried green tomatoes and fried cabbage. I tried the salmon bites, and they were fine. I loved the sauce that came with them and got more of that sauce for my fried green tomatoes. My friend got the lamb chops and felt they were a little thin, which is why she thought they were cooked a little over the medium temperature she ordered. Everyone was very nice to us, even the manager who stopped by our table. We shared our feedback with him. We did take a picture in front of their grass wall, and that was fun. We look forward to trying the one in Chicago, as a woman and her family walked in and then walked out, saying she thought it would be like the one in Chicago.

   service was great some foods was great besides catfish and Simmon bites was fishy everything else was a plus fried green tomatoes and salad & dip and lamb chops mash potatoes was overall good ill grade a good 8
