Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. The restaurant was awarded a coveted MICHELIN Star in the 2022 & 2023 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Florida.

Resort Casual: Please refrain from wearing athletic apparel and swim attire or cover ups in the main dining room.

Corkage policy: Guests are invited to bring in up to two 750ml bottles with a $50 corkage fee per bottle. The wines cannot be featured on our wine list.

Knife & Spoon is conceived by Chef John Tesar who was called "the single most talented cook I ever worked with" by Anthony Bourdain. Tesar came up as a chef in New York City at 13 Barrow St, Vine, and the Supper Club. He then went on to open two restaurants in Dallas that have been named among the best in the country by Bon Appetit, Eater and Esquire. He has garnered praise from Food and Wine, and The New York Times and is a two-time contestant on Bravo's "Top Chef."

    Amazing restaurant. Our first visit. Very impressed. We shared a very unique Cesar salad, a delicious steak for 2 and the best soufflé and bread you could ever imagine! We will be back with family and friends.

    This restaurant is exceptional. If you have the chance to try it - do it. I have dined at the French Laundry and many other exceptional restaurants and this food and service was very memorable. I will go back every time I am in Orlando. Get the hamachi!

    Service was excellent- servers were attentive and addressed you by name. For was delicious but some of the dishes were a little on the small side, given the price and ingredients used.

    I have been to many restaurants that have achieved a Michelin star. Many, unfortunately, fall into the same trap that Knife and Spoon has. They are no longer seeking that star and are coasting on its reputation. I could tell that things were just not as good as they were in 2023 when they earned their star. While the food was good, I could tell that it could be great and they just weren’t trying anymore. The service was mostly good however we were suddenly ignored after the dessert course and it took genuine effort to get the check and get out of there. Hopefully they can turn things around.

    The T-bone steak was dredged in salt and inedible. Waiter offered a replacement, but we declined, so entree cost was removed from bill. The swordfish and Waygu filet were delicious. I ordered a Mexican coffee to end the meal and received a cold Mexican Coffee cocktail-not what I expected but good.
