   Chef Kong did not divide the food equally to all people at the table. Also we noticed eggbeater instead of real egg, is that something new? Did not like it! Were they running out of lettuce? Salad was served a couple of pieces of lettuce, like a table spoon! Shame! Took us forever to get seated and long time to get our drinks, also long time to chef to come to start cooking. Overall not a good experience at this time.

   This was by far my worst Kobe experience ever. We are a family of six and frequently visit other Kobe restaurants for birthdays and special events. This was our first time here at this location. I hate to give the overall experience a one star because the restaurant staff did try to do what they can to make things right after the meal. Our chef Hasa was absolutely horrible. Even if I completely dismissed the fact that he gave all of the excess cooked food to two people in the same party when there are nine people sitting at the table. He even gave some of mine and my wife’s food to someone else. The rice and noodles were not cooked properly and were underdone. The vegetables were virtually raw. He did not ask us for temperatures on the way we won our meat cooked and started cooking. When I spoke up and let him know, we wanted rare steak he continued to cook the meat until it was medium well. If I didn’t know any better, I would’ve assumed that this guy was a food prep person who was filling in for a chef that may be called out on a very busy day.  As I said before, the restaurant did what it could to make up for the chef and I really appreciate that

   it was Mother's Day crazy busy. The portion seemed a little small. The Teppanyaki chef seemed to struggle with cooking on the grill portions were a lot smaller than normal. And they shrunk down the menu.

   Very expensive. Food is served in a hurry and we felt the pressure to eat fast and leave the table for other customers. You are forced to eat rapidly with no time for conversation. Even carry out bags are presented immediately after the last food portion so you take out fast and leave. It was a disgusting dinning experience. Next time we will share the same plate if that is allowed. For such high prices, clients should be allowed to eat in peace like any restaurant even with a personal chef in front serving food.

   Our cooked Nam made the night and experience he was funny and attentive. He never missed a beat . I enjoyed my birthday dinner.

    Dinner, Chef Hong and server were amazing. Celebrated my son's birthday and they made him feel special. The food was spectacular, never disappoints!
