   We had 3pm reservations, typically takes an hour to an hour and a half total visit. Waitress was horrible. Took her an hour just to get the kids chicken and fries from the kitchen. Hibachi didn’t come out until 4:30pm. When I brought to the managers attention Mr Taong, he didn’t care and did nothing to address my concerns. I frequent all locations, but the Brandon location the most. I never had such horrible service in my life. Then the waitress emphasized the 18% gratuity as is she deserved an eighth of a percent for her service. When playing my food I had to as multiple times for her to do it, she went to another table took their order then played our food and gave us the check. When I asked her to take my phone number for the rewards, she said they don’t give rewards anymore unless it’s a birthday. Just disgusting! I lost my appetite and couldn’t eat after their horrible service.

   Didn’t even get to dine here… made a reservation for 9PM for 2 people to celebrate our 4 year anniversary. We arrived 5 minutes after our reservation and were promptly checked in and told we would get a text message once our table was ready. Waited outside for almost 45 minutes with no text message, I asked the front desk staff if they knew how much longer it would be while stressing the fact that it’s been 45 minutes since our reservation time and they were no help. Just ‘i have no idea’ and blaming the kitchen staff for the delay to multiple parties asking why it was taking so long even with a reservation. There were at least 20 other people waiting outside for their tables (even though most of them made reservations). After another 10 minutes of waiting, we were brought to a hibachi table (there was no option when making the reservation to choose the type or dining setting). I asked if we could instead be seated at a more private dining table which i saw multiple parties seated at already but were told no per the kitchen staff. After about an hour of waiting with no table or food, they told me they would credit $25 to my account per Miguel (front of house manager i assume) which never happened so we left and went to Bahama Breeze instead. Miguel was respectful and professional but other staff is not trained properly for the level of quality this restaurant is known for. Ruined our anniversary so 0 stars if i could.

   I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kobè, and I can confidently say it was an amazing experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, setting the perfect mood for a great meal. Now, let's talk about the food—absolutely delicious! Every dish was flavorful, well-prepared, and clearly made with quality ingredients. Whether it was the perfectly cooked proteins, the fresh sides, or the attention to detail in presentation, everything exceeded my expectations. But what truly made the experience stand out was the service. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, making sure we had everything we needed without feeling rushed. It’s rare to find such a great balance between efficiency and genuine hospitality, but they nailed it. Overall, Kobè is a place I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience. Great food, outstanding service, and an atmosphere that makes you want to come back—what more could you ask for? I’ll definitely be returning!

   Food was delicious but lots of wait time in between. Our reservations were at 9pm but we didn’t get seated until 15 minutes later. Then once we were seated the chef did not come to us until 10:15pm. We had babysitters and had to box up and leave quick.

   Absolutely amazing experience for Valentine’s Day. The food was amazing. Our chef Tai was outstanding and we loved everything. Now we see why it’s always so crowded. So amazing. We left stuffed and delighted.

   All the food is delicious and cooked to perfection. The chefs and servers are also very nice and friendly. We are regulars here.
