Kobé is known for offering its guests a unique Teppanyaki dining experience and doing so with its very own blend of fun and flare at its 12 Central Florida locations. We provide a unique dining experience that offers an exciting and vibrant environment for guests to gather and celebrate over delicious food and drinks. Due to our unique communal seating arrangement at our teppanyaki table, please expect a short wait time with your reservation upon checking in with your complete party. We offer limited online booking availability, with communal seating, for large parties 11-20. For large parties requesting a booking outside of online availability, parties 20+, and parties requesting private tables please contact your preferred Kobé location by completing our online inquiry form at https://kobesteakhouse.com/banquets/to reserve through a manager with a banquet menu. We usually eat at Kobe every time we visit Fl. This time we ate at the one in Kissimmee, what a disappointment! The rice was hard, very small portions. Our sirloin was not seasoned at all. No butter, soy sauce just fried on the grill. Our cook seemed like he went through the motions of cooking at the hibachi grill. No excitement, no frills. We had to ask for refills of shrimp sauce, constantly. The waiter was the best part always refilling our drinks and doing what we needed. We will always book in Celebration... Never making the mistake again.

The service was excellent and the food tasty with was a large serving. Compared to other hibachi steakhouses in the area, Kobe was about 20% higher in cost per person but the food was not 20% better to make up the cost. The restaurant was so very loud and chaotic. This location is also very touristy. We will stick to other local options next time.

We had a great experience @ Kobe West. We were celebrating my birthday and Father's Day. The atmosphere was wonderful. The service staff and Chef Danny were amazing. OMG the food was delicious and perfectly made to order. This place is clean. We would definitely recommend you to visit Kobe for your next party.

The restaurant is filthy. Which should have been the first flag to turn around, yet we persisted. Mistake. From the glass on the front doors to the table and seats. So unclean. Then the food. So overpriced. They load your plate with carbs- 3 cups of fried rice, 3-4 cups of noodles. Remarkably, no flavor. Honestly, if you don't drown everything in white sauce, the stuff is inedible. Anyway, if the filth and the pricy plate O'carbs isn't enough to deter you, the noise level should be. It's not energy or celebratory fun- It's just a total racket. Bring some goggles or other eye protection from the overwhelming smoke from the special FX dinner prep (which is entertaining to be fair). Bottom line- Spare yourself the expense. A $300.00 meal, and it was turbo garbo.

This location was great, the wait time is minimum with reservation. Drew was good at the front The server Romeo was great, attentive and thoughtful The chef Kenny was a great reformer and chef the food was amazing. I would happily return to this location, Kobe is my favorite amongst Hibachi service .
