   Food was lovely and staff were very friendly. It was a busy period at Iftar time during Ramadan so food did take a little longer. But staff did make that clear and were very hospitable. Everyone was smiley and friendly. Would go back. Food came out hot and tasty. However the sizzlers were served on platters that were difficult to eat from. Too much food on there!

   I'd originally wanted to order the steak sandwich. I'd asked the waiter if a small adjustment could be made to remove the truffle mayonnaise and before I could finish, I was interrupted quite abruptly and told that "no changes can be made because it's iftaar time, the kitchen will be busy and haven't got time to make changes". After this point, I knew that the experience was going to be downhill from here. I decided to have the steak salad as an alternative. The portion size for the steak salad was extremely disappointing. A small amount of steak was thinly sliced and buried under an overwhelming amount of salad, with an excessive amount of chimichurri. Every bite of steak came with a mouthful of salad, making it an unbalanced and unsatisfying dish. I wouldn’t recommend it at all. My friend ordered the crispy chicken but was served prawns instead. When we pointed out the mistake, the correct dish was eventually brought out. However, the male waiter interrupted our conversation to insist that the original order had been correct. Fortunately, we had kept a prawn as proof, to which he reluctantly responded, “Oh, they may have accidentally put a piece of prawn in.” When it came time to pay, we shared our feedback, only to be met with more dismissiveness. The same waiter unhelpfully tried to justify the portion size by saying, “The meat doesn’t come sliced; we do it ourselves.” Given the £19.95 price tag, the dish—essentially a mountain of salad with a tiny portion of steak—fell far short of expectations and was simply disappointing. Not happy at all with this and will not be returning at all.

   Over priced. £7 on chips that didn’t even taste cooked. Poor service, had to keep doing to find the staff to make requests. Definitely not recommending

   Hannah helped with service she was amazing!! Good was great! Hannah suggested a great tomahawk for 2 which was delicious.

   We loved the food! Steak was amazing, salad was amazing, milkshake and mocktails was heaven. The service was lovely. The atmosphere could be a little more intimate with a music in the background. But the whole experience was incredible, thank you

   Our food arrived 45 minutes late since they forgot to put in our order. Then when the food did arrive we mentioned earlier that we wanted our drinks to come with the mains. However they brought the mocktails out before the meal so we politely asked for them to be bought with the food. When the mains arrived they bought the same drinks out and they were extremely watered down since the ice had melted as the drinks had not been remade.

   For the amount I spent this place was terrible. The steak was nice but just looked like it was tossed on top of a bunch of frozen vegetables that weren't really seasoned or cooked very well. The ribs were the biggest disappointment. Opted for the mains vs the starter and it turns out you're paying 2.6x more and you're only getting a double portion with some chips and coleslaw. I kept finding random bits of bone within the meat which made the entire meal unpleasant. The bbq sauce on the ribs were an odd flavour also so just overall not a great experience. The service was great and the restaurant seemed clean and bright on the upside. Wouldn't really recommend

   The last time I visited here I told myself I wouldn’t be coming again due to the poor service, noise and delay. This time I was very pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent, the food came very quickly and was excellent and it was not too noisy. I was very pleased with my experience.

    This is my second time and the food does not disappoint. Really good value and the portion sizes are good. It was quite busy which was good for the restaurant as the service did suffer slightly earlier e.g. if we wanted another drink it took a while and when cutlery was removed it took a while to replace it. All and all I would definitely go again.
