    Indulge in an exquisite tasting experience featuring Set Tasting Menu; three signature plated desserts paired with three crafted mocktails. Guests sitting at the same table are required to have the same set menu. For groups of 6 & above please give us a call or send us an email. A 10% service charge applies for groups of 6 & above. Due to the nature of the menu and the ingredients used to create them, we are unable to accommodate any dietary requirements. We kindly ask guests to arrive on time. Please note there is a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellation within 48 hours before your reservation will incur a $95 charge per person. Rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a $50 fee per person. A 10% surcharge applies on weekends.

    Attention to detail on each creation is outstanding The flavours are out of this world This was our fourth visit, this time it was for a high tea which was spectacular Looking out for the next high tea

    With the amount paid for this high tea, the level of service and ambience were not up to expectation. Also dissappointed with the the presentation of the high tea rack for 3 people as it reflected lack of thought putting the food on them. Staff seemed to be disorganised, distance and lack attention to diners needs. Having said I would like to acknowledge the host who welcomed us was very friendly and briefed us before we started the high tea. Unfortunately, that level of service subsided once we're served. We've to look out and called out for service. Moreover, it was not noted on the booking confirmation of the 10% surcharge. Koi knew this high tea was on the weekends and should have noted the 10% surcharge on the booking confirmation. Really dissapointed as the level of service and ambience were below expectations especially this was high tea was by Koi and the amount charged subjected to 10%.

    Desserts always amazing! Second time for the soft opening and thoroughly enjoyed just found the service was not quite up to the same as the previous time we had attended.

    Great cakes! we especially love the Opera Cake. A bit sad because only few cakes left when we came, so we didn’t really have choices. Services could be better in terms of the hospitality.

    Food was amazing as expected. Service needs a lot of work. Not personable at all. Do not make you feel like you are welcome it felt more like a production line. It was a soft opening so maybe it will get better but not sure I would go back after that when there are other places you can get a nice dessert.

    Wow - I am so happy that we finally have the opportunity in try Reynold's amazing desserts in Melbourne - they did not disappoint at all. The service, attention to detail was amazing. The desserts were incredible to eat and have left a forever memory in my mind. I will be returning often - it is a reason by its own just to go into the city now Thank you so much Reynold and his family for choosing Melbourne as your second store to open
