Arrived on time for our 5pm reservation and we were promptly seated. Then there was a Longgg wait for drinks, then 45 min for first course to arrive. One dish seemed nothing like the holiday menu description. Different fish altogether. Whatever, it was tasty (but disappointing that it was switched without consultation or informing us. Once we got to order the main course-- from a limited, holiday options menu--, we were told they only had 2 kinds of steak (not the cuts we wanted from the limited offerings even). Limited menu made even more limited, somehow at just 5pm.
We waited again for about another half hour, and when the entrees arrived they were served with different side dishes than ordered. Apparently they ran out of some things and took the liberty to substitute for us. Additional steak topping had no sauce (Oscar style, sans bearnaise, dry, and unsatisfactory. ). Charged full price for everything, with barely any acknowledgement from management on the delays and forced substitutions. Other tables nearby were complaining about the same things, and were comped at least something.
Look, I understand it's a Holiday and likely understaffed? But to offer a limited menu and not be able to provide even what was on that, in a timely manner, is just poor business. Our server was fine but overwhelmed and likely embarrassed. I would have been. We compensated him well over 20%.
Overall not at all a good experience. Rather bad Christmas Dinner. I doubt we'll return.

Food was poor quality and price was expensive. Lettuce was wilted in shrimp and chicken lettuce cups. Shrimp and chicken mix was mostly carrots and was brown and unappetizing. Eggs in 2 orders of eggs Benedict were hard boiled and sauce was a butter and not hollandaise sauce. Rice in poke bowl was dry and in sheets probably because it’s used for sushi rolls. Mac and cheese in kid’s meal looked days old and not fresh. American cheese on steakhouse burger and patties were brunt. Overall bad experience and DO NOT recommend.

Used to like Kona, especially avocado spring roll, miso sea bass and stir fried rice, and some sushi rolls. This time avocado roll tastes good, but not $21 good for two rolls cut into four pieces. The stir fry is $31 with white rice. You can easily get it at Chinese restaurants around $10. Didn’t have the flavor before. Also ordered miso sea bass slider. The sea bass flavor is good. Also ordered chicken skewer. The chicken has tendon which they didn’t take out. What bothers me most is every single dish has the chopped purple cabbage, carrots mix as a garnish, in the slider or in the stir fry. The kitchen didn’t put any effort/thought into their dish.

Got seated quickly for our 5PM reservation. Unfortunately, that was the best service we got. Waitress either didn't put in multiple items we ordered or the kitchen staff just blew it. When we asked about the items that didn't get brought out, it took an additional 15 minutes before they were brought out so I know she had to put them in for the kitchen to make. The waitress never asked us if we wanted refills in drunks. We had to ask for refills.
The sushi rolls we ordered to eat as an appetizer were good. Entrées were good but overpriced. They were not that good. I am fine with never going back.

Been here a few times and today was the worst of all previous experiences. Salad came out without the spiced pecans and then brought me just plain pecans. The Kona stir fry was also lacking. Chicken seemed sparse compared to past dishes. Service was wonderful though. Considering there are other great places to choose around Easton, this isn’t in the top 7.
