Kuba Restaurant is located in the town of Fort Lee, New Jersey, overlooking the iconic George Washington Bridge. We are a family owned business and love to share our passion of authentic Cuban cuisine. With all of our years of restaurant experience, we have decided to have some fun with our classic Cuban dishes and add a touch of Asian infused flare. We have created a warm, welcoming environment where family and friends can come and gather to enjoy our beautiful bar, classic Cuban drinks and delicious menu.     Food was excellent - sampler with Bao buns with ropa vieja were delicious. Entrees were very good - only small complaint was I asked for ribeye to be cooked medium rare (closer to medium) but was delicious regardless. Services was outstanding- Rose was our server. She was very attentive, friendly and good with suggestions! Highly recommend

    We shared the spinach salad and the paella. Both were more than enough for two and both were delicious and beautifully presented. We went on a Friday night. The live music was outstanding and the crowd was on the dance floor.

    The food was really good. Our server was on point. The only complaint I had was that we went on Saturday night and the band (although excellent) was soooo loud that we were yellling to sort of hear our dinner guests. We basically had to wait till band stopped in between songs. Next time I will dine upstairs, where you can still enjoy the music and talk to your friends.

    Great place to gather with friends or loved one to celebrate, listen to live music and dance on a Fri and Sat evening. Strong drinks and fusion cuban asian menu served.

    Fried calamari is great and so is their red sauce. Watch out for small pieces that are WAY TOO HOT for me (spicy chili peppers) but there's only a few. Next time I'll ask them to leave it out. The appetizer sampler was very good. I ordered Kuba Veggie Bowl (tofu, carrots, cucumber, corn, and avocado on a bed of quinoa, drizzled in our homemade sesame dressing). It's a cold salad. I was too full so brought it home and sautéed it two days later and I loved it. Excellent cappuccino. Very nice staff. Beware of the meters on Hudson Terrace. A quarter for 7 minutes. Forget about it. Park in the lot in back of the restaurant. Very steep & craggy so be careful. If they have a valet, definitely use it. Worth the tip!
