    Went with a group of friends to enjoy the Thursday two course lobster dinner. We were a little disappointed in the amount of lobster that was served in several of the entrees. Several of us order the 8 oz lobster tail and risotto. The eight ounce lobster tail was mostly shell. The lobster Francaise was very nice. In pictures it appeared that the lobster tail was steamed, but it was served coated and fried Atmosphere was very nice, wait staff as with all Kyle G’s restaurants were helpful and efficient. A nice restaurant to go for if you want a nice evening out with friends.

    Lobster special on the Thursday we visited. $42 for various renditions of 8oz of lobster. Also offered were several glasses of wine for $10. Although we usually bring our own wine (no corkage on the first 750ml bottle), I left the wine in the car. We decided to purchase by the glass. We go to all of the Kyle G restaurants, so for us, buying a $500 gift card for $400 makes for an outstanding value.

    I usually write rave reviews. However, I told the waitress that my wife and I were together but she brought one check. We had to split it with the other couple who had considerably more than we. Also, I was not aware that the tuna nachos had been reduced to a very few. So I spent a lot of money for not very much food and drink.

    We couldn’t get a reservation until later. When we got there we sat at the bar & decided to eat there. The bar staff were excellent - friendly, professional & skilled. There was a younger gentleman working behind the bar (it was his 3rd day on the job, I believe his name was Darren?) who was so good - I thought he had worked there from the beginning - great talent find!
