At the locally famous Kyoto's we offer the full experience of having your meal prepared table-side with our Hibachi Chefs. You can expect an intimate ambiance with dimmed down lighting, the occasional fire flare from our Hibachi tables, and lots of laughter during your dining experience. The chefs are very entertaining with decades of experience in cooking and showmanship. The show consists of professional Chefs displaying expert spatula and knife handling while preparing perfectly cooked steak, seafood, and chicken dishes. The show also consists of flambe, flaming onions, spatula-egg juggling, and of course our famous shrimp toss where guests are part of the show and catch shrimp with their chefs. Our chef Dat and our waitress (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) were so kind to our family. We were there celebrating our son Colten's 24th Birthday. He always chose Kyoto's for his bday dinner ever since he was a little boy. This is his 2nd Heavenly birthday. The food was excellent as always and the service is exceptional. Thank you so very much.

No response is very frustrating— they offered a gift card but haven’t followed up on my response. It’s been a week or so For not having a hamachi table ruined my Mother’s Day.we had a party of 7 and spent $380. Upon doing a calculation that was $50 a plate and the food portions were very small, but priced the same as you would expect if sitting at habachi table. I tried several times to communicate my request for a habachi table but service didn’t want to accommodate. My reservation was for 6:15 and it was nearly an hour in a half before the habachi table next to us was open. I would ask for a refund of at least half of not the whole order. We unfortunately won’t visit again. May 11,2025 reservation was 6:15 and order didnt get put in until 7:06 no drink were refilled until main course was served. Ticket #11 Very disappointed

Hi Sabrina, I am sorry you were disappointed with your experience at our restaurant. We have a reservation system for choosing general seating vs hibachi seating, and i see that you did choose general seating. Especially on a holiday, we were fully booked and could not accommodate a Hibachi table. It's not that we didn't' want to accommodate, but we just couldn't due to having a fully booked out restaurant. I also see you e-mailed us, and look forward to finding our way to a good resolution for you. Thank you for your review.

First things first! I LOVE the food here!!! We always seem to get the same cook who isn’t overly exciting but I’m sure he’s done his “show” a million times and it probably gets old. BUT the two girls who are the hostess’s are SO RUDE!!! We’ve been here about 6 times now and they’re the last two that we’ve dealt with and my husband said this is the last time because it just sets the tone. I also asked MULTIPLE times for “cheater” chop sticks for our daughter the waitress said they had and she NEVER brought them even after being asked again to refresh her memory. Just overall a crap experience and if we’re going to spend $200+ on dinner we’ll go somewhere else.

We don't hear this often, but do address it when we do. You're absolutely correct, it sets the tone. We ask for some leeway as we resolve this issue for you. This place was delicious. The chef was amazing and the service staff were so knowledgeable about the menu and helped guide us through. It was a great experience overall and we were a party of 12!

Great table side experience. Fun for the whole family, but nice enough for a date. Great service, great food, and reasonable prices. Will definitely go again.

It was a fun night. We celebrated our son’s birthday. Enjoyed our chef and all the staff. Everyone was very attentive. Great service for sure.

The service at Kyoto was absolutely fantastic from the gal (didn’t get her name) who took our orders, took pictures, checked on us, and paid special attention to our birthday boy (10). Tok (our chef) was phenomenal as well! Very friendly, good with the kids we had with us, and great sense of humor. Food was great, although prices have gone up (as they have everywhere).
