Disappointing Experience at La Bella’s Rating:★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Date of Visit:2/22/25 I had high expectations for La Bella’s based on the reviews but unfortunately, my experience did not live up to them. Here are a few key issues that need improvement: 1. Service: The service was slow and inattentive. It took 25 minutes just to get our drinks, and the staff seemed checked out and overwhelmed. I reserved seating for a birthday ahead of time and added a couple more to the party the day of with managers approval. At the time of arrival, no record of change and entire party down with separate tables. Very disappointed!! 2. Food Quality: The food was literally what saved the visit. Ordered lots of appetizers (wings, strips, pasta, fries and pizzas) 3. Cleanliness: The table, floors and utensils were not clean, which made me question the overall hygiene of the restaurant. I hope La Bella’s takes this feedback constructively and makes the necessary improvements. I believe La Bella’s has the potential to be a great place, but there's a lot of work to be done.

I booked at the original side and my reservation ended up at the noisy games side. The host at the original side was a bit rude about it and made very little effort to help. The games side is Very loud. Service was a bit slow and due to the noise level our order was incorrect and had to be sent back. I love this place but service needs to step up a bit

First time having a party here for my 9 year old and it was horrible . They didn’t have anything ready they didn’t have the right number of seats . Nobody seemed to know anything . The food was digusting tasted like cafeteria food and the pricing was ridiculous for the amount you get. Never having a party here again.

I've had my kids birthdays and graduation parties here because they accommodate a large party and the food was always really good, especially the pizza and the wings. . This time I was very dissappointed with their food. The quality has really changed. The pizza crust was really thin and it barely had any cheese and they now charge for every topping when you get the pizza party. I had asked for plain wings and the buffalo sauce on the side. The wings came out with some spicy seasoning on it.. They said that's how it comes but I've always ordered it plain. The salad had some wilted and brown lettuce. Not good! Please improve your menu or you'll lose your loyal customers.

It wasn’t the location I had reserved for my business party. The tables we were initially seated was in a corner separated where we couldn’t all interact and see eachother. The service was okay could’ve been more attentive. The food was really good though no complaints. I wouldn’t have another business gathering/party here though.

I made tge reservation expecting that my party was going to be sitting together. When I got there they gave me 2 separate tables. It was like having a party in two separate rooms. Then they were very rude pushing us to leave by cleaning the table when we were still sitting. They ask us to step out.

Chula Vista institution. Best of the "Mom and Pop" original family Italian restaurants. Consistently great food, service and value. Having eaten here since the early sixties as a toddler, this was our last time before we move to Florida. You will be missed!!

I called to reserve the table I did not get what we agreed on they gave me another table that was away from the game area which I needed to watch all the kids I invited for my party . I was also told I would have it for 4 hours and was told to move after 2in a half hours.. I asked to speak with the manager he was no help and did not care . Did not help and did not care rudest manager I've ever met. I was very unhappy with the service there wrong information for my sons birthday party !!
