We had such an enjoyable Christmas Eve dinner experience at La Bise. The restaurant decor and ambience was cozy yet artsy. All the staff, from the maitre d to the bartender to our waiter to the support start were friendly and attentive. The food was fantastic and the prix fixe selection was generous. Such a lovely evening! Thank you!

The wait staff was very professional and friendly and the onion soup was fabulous. The noise level was a little too much for our taste. It was hard to have a conversation.

This was an amazing restaurant. The food and service was outstanding. Our party of four had the octopus and frites for appetizers. Our entrees were Alaskan black cod, veal sweetbreads and Branzino. I highly recommend and look forward to going back soon.

we had a lovely meal at La Bise last night. The food was delicious and that staff warm and efficient. La Bise is one of our absolute favorite restaurants in DC, actually, anywhere! We'll be back soon.

Another delightful Thanksgiving dinner at La Bise. It was a toss-up as to which starter was better: the roasted leeks with sauce beurre blanc or the pate de foie gras. The mains, turkey roulade and steak frites, were their usual excellent offerings. And the desserts, pumpkin mousse pie and carrot cake were decadent endings. The staff was attentive and willing to substitute sorbet for dessert for one of our group who (wisely) realized he'd be too full to enjoy cake or pie. We'll have to find an opportunity to return before next Thanksgiving!

Mediocre overall for $80/person Thanksgiving 3 course meal. Probably won’t be back as there are others with better food and value overall.
