Restaurante Casona Sforza abraza un concepto de hospitalidad donde el confort y la elegancia se conjugan en un entorno donde la naturaleza y el diseño estimulan los sentidos.
A cargo de los chefs Andrés Trujillo y Vanessa Franco.
Este nuevo capítulo gastronómico se ha concebido a partir de un auténtico compromiso con la sustentabilidad y el empleo de las más depuradas técnicas de preparación para rendir un homenaje a las bondades del mar y la tierra, al tiempo que se resalta una cocina sincera con la premisa de comer rico y con el producto de la mejor calidad.
La pesca del día, mejillones, pastas frescas y ensaladas son algunas de las opciones del menú principal.
La panadería y la repostería, que se suman a la propuesta culinaria, aportan un toque inédito, pues en la mañana se puede disfrutar de bizcochos que salen de su propio horno, mientras que por la tarde se dispone de postres que cuentan con técnicas refinadas y en los que incorporan mango, mamey y chocol

Restaurant is off the beaten trail in a hotel. Driver from our hotel got lost getting there. Architecture is very interesting. Service team was good- although one waiter (confused about who did what on team that hovered a bit) was unaware that the restaurant was OUT of the fresh fish listed on the menu. Only learned that fact after we ordered- about 7 pm. Our hotel had no such shortage. I counted at least 20 diners who arrived after us before 8 pm who weren’t going to be served fish at an expensive restaurant on the coast. That disappoint overshadowed everything else. Pizza and pasta were very good.

I’m sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience we sincerely apologize for the miscommunication and any mistake made by our service team in regards to the fish, we work with local Fishermans and our products are limited to weather conditions, product availability and seasonality. since April 22nd the local authorities inform us of a dangerous swell, which usually lowers the Fishermans productivity, due to safety reasons and cultural believes. Our suppliers depends and work with the seasonal cycles, we constantly change our menu to adapt and work along with the product that we have available. we apologize that we sold out on fish the day of your visit. hope you give us another opportunity to regain your confidence best regard,

Amazing, all in all. Pasta and risotto cooked to perfection with very intense and distinct flavors. Our highlight was the semi frozen mango dessert.
