Gastón Riveira decided to undertake this journey despite the economic challenges in his country because he had a clear vision: he wanted to transform the typical Buenos Aires grill into something that would stand out, not only because of the quality of the product but also by providing a unique and unforgettable experience. “La Cabrera is a creative space where I can express myself and explore new dishes, but it is also the place where I take pleasure in not only revamping and improving but also diversifying the classic dishes that I am so passionate about.” The secret lies in our grilling methods, using special techniques and constantly experimenting with new ideas. We loved the place! Easy parking across the street. Great bone in steak and Cava! Our server Fanina was very courteous and helpful with our selection. Excellent date night as well as family gathering place!
