La Colecturía es un espacio dedicado a la promoción del arte, la cultura, y el desarrollo comunitario de la Ciudad de Puebla.
En el Comedor Cultural, la gastronomía mexicana contemporánea se manifiesta con excelencia, fusionando tradición y modernidad en cada platillo. Como aliados del movimiento Slow Food, nos comprometemos a ofrecer alimentos que sean buenos, limpios y justos para todos. Nuestro huerto urbano es una pieza clave en este compromiso, ya que nos permite cultivar y cosechar ingredientes que llevamos directamente a sus platillos. Además, promovemos la filosofía de Km 0, lo que significa que muchos de los ingredientes que utilizamos son locales, frescos, de temporada y respetuosos con el medio ambiente.
En el Bar- Fogatero vivirás una experiencia única. La coctelería de autor mexicana ofrecera a tu paladar una variedad de sabores sofisticados y matices inesperados. Acompaña estos sabores con bocadillos de la casa mientras disfrutas de la calidez de la fogata.

    Comida sobrevalorada. Café horrible y frío. Lugar hermoso, sobretodo el bar. Restaurante no recomendable, bar totalmente recomendable; incluso con mejor comida.

    It is a very nice place. However, I went for breakfast and the food was not so good. The food was brought to us cold. Their menu is limited. You can take good pictures. I hope they take into account the comments to improve their service!
