Booked for a dinner to catch up with old family members with our two toddlers and unfortunate that they did not have a highchair (they said on weekdays they borrow from the vietnamese restaurant next door but during weekends the neighbours are closed). However staff were friendly and accommodating, happy to explain any item on the menu and give recommendations.
The food was well portioned and packed full of flavour. We ordered the linguine alla scoglio, linguine chicken alfredo, spaghetti carbonara and spaghetti alla vongole. All dishes were fantastic with plenty of ingredients (i.e. not pasta heavy), fresh tasting enjoyed by all.
The desserts were on the small side especially given their price and was slightly disappointed that the tiramisu did not have a particularly noticeable coffee or liqeuer taste to it. Gelato offerings were good with the pistachio smooth and not artificial in flavour. Banoffee pie was also great but as with other desserts, on the small side.
Overall a fantastic restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere that is welcoming, homely and serves great food.
