Facing Carré St-Louis, nestled between Le Plateau and the Latin Quarter, La Fabrique's concept awakens the senses. First in 2008, in full view from his open kitchen, co-owner Jean Baptiste Marchand has delighted diners with his attentive-to-detail cuisine. In 2018, La Fabrique has moved next door and continues to offer its comforting, unpretentious, and contemporary cuisine. Our new space will seduce you with its spacious decor, its bright bar, and its terrace facing the park.

Cet endroit est parmi mes restaurant préférés de montréal. Brunch ou souper, nous n’avons jamais été déçues… sauf à notre dernière visite dans le cadre de montréal à table. Le service était tellement lent et la la qualité des plats n’étaient pas au rv malheureusement.
