   This was Valentines Evening with a reservation made three weeks prior. We arrived 10 minutes prior to our reservation time. We were told to sit in the hotel lobby as they were not ready to seat people. 10 minutes after our reservation time I made another inquiry and was then first to be seated at the table adjacent the kitchen door. When I asked for something more comfortable I was initially told no until I involved the manager. From this point the service level improvement with a delicious Amuse Bouche and a starter plate. Then downhill again with the waiter placing the wrong order for the entree. The manager corrected the order but we were put behind in the 2 hour limit service featured event. After the entree our tea service was forgotten and we went straight to desert. The tea was later taken to go. In speaking with the manager there was NO concession made by the restaurant to adjust the bill for the lacking experience only an apology. Bottom line, management was not prepared for this PLANNED event and the service suffered for it. The food quality was average at best for this service. We have been here before and had a more enjoyable time. Would definitely rethink another visit, very unfortunate!

   The customer service is wonderful. This is a tourist trap unfortunately. Terribly overpriced for the foood you get. Even the plated food is not as exquisite as it seemed online. I was underwhelmed with the food portions and quality for the price. Go local we dunned locally and got three times the amount of food for less than half of what we paid at this restaurant. Again it’s a tourist trap unfortunately

   Celebramos nuestro aniversario ayer y comimos delicioso. Los especiales de la pizarra siempre son una muy buena opción para probar algo diferente y creativo que ha preparado la chef. El servicio siempre es mejor, los meseros muy atentos siempre.

   We were there for our anniversary dinner. I’ll list the situation here: 1. No host receiving the guests 2. We were assigned a large table at first to later be re accommodated in a smaller table due a mistake from the personnel. 3. Food had good taste but the whole service was around an hour and a half, so we were having almost 10-12 minutes between dishes. 4. Other guests who arrived after us were being served first and more rapidly than they did with us. Overall a very disappointing experience for what I paid…

   Delicious, cozy, wonderful staff, they made our Wedding anniversary something really special, we're willing to comeback!

    Beautiful presentation of dishes. Each person had something different but only dish we would not purchase again was the lamb. I had the homemade gnocchi with mushroom sauce which was the favorite. Lobster tortellini was superb but a small dish. Spaghetti bolognese was quite tasty. They also serve freshly baked bread with a pimento butter. Would certainly recommend.
