La Griglia continues its tradition of a true Houston staple at our new address, 2817 W Dallas Street. La Griglia’s menu is a blend of signature dishes with new creations featuring simple, uncomplicated ingredients elegantly presented. A significant portion of our exceptional ingredients are sourced from Italy and act as inspiration for the new offerings. With a striking, modern look and feel, La Griglia features sleek finishes such as marble and brass juxtaposed by the warmth of supple leathers and crisp white tablecloths. The restaurant includes an intimate main dining room, a wine room, and an expansive courtyard and bar for dining and cocktails, allowing for guests to experience a range of environments based on the occasion.

As a courtesy to all our guests, we maintain a business casual dress code. No beachwear, gym attire, hats, baseball caps, shorts, flip flops, or athletic apparel is allowed. Admittance is at the discretion of management.

    Nice venue, elegant, but extremely noisy. Not a place to have a normal conversation. The food was not remarkable. I ordered a tortilla soup, a special of the day, and it was just a tomato soup. And not a great tomato soup. The main dishes were ok, but not exceptional. For the price, there are a lot of better restaurants in Houston. The service though was excellent!

    The three pillars of a fine dining experience are cuisine, service and ambiance. La Griglia consistently delivers top marks on all three. Last night was no exception! Not cheap, but worth every penny!

    Our waiter was wonderful and the staff was on top of everything that we could have needed. The ambiance was great and it was not too loud or crowded.

    We sat in the courtyard and it was absolutely wonderful! Beautiful atmosphere, amazing food, and great service. Reuben the manager stopped by several times to make sure everything was great and to chat. He does a fabulous job. My family asked as we were getting up to leave when can we go again.

    It was Monday evening and as expected not as busy as a weekend night, but we believe the waitperson had the entire dining room. Service was very slow.
