    It’s a good experience if you haven’t tried it. We had the $38 fried seafood dish which wasn’t so good and tbh a lot of $$. The bruschetta was two slices with chopped tomatoes on top.. may be authentic but definitely not worth it. The truffle pizza $33 was the most expensive pizza and definitely not worth the $33..couldn’t taste much truffle at all. We also had the the to tomatoes with cheese antipasto was ok. Meatballs was really good. Classic tiramisu was great as usual. Brought friends that hadn’t tried before so was an experience for them. We didn’t even order entrees and just shared these dishes and two drinks in total..$68 per person plus tips is a lot.

    The Arancini starter was tasty and a good quantity but could have been a mix of two as only one of the same had a skewed taste. Pasta rigatoni dinner was ok - not great. But general good value for place and location.

    My husband and I were excited to check out Eataly’s Restaurant Fest. Imagine our surprise and disappointment when we arrived for lunch on day 2 of Eataly’s Restaurant Fest, to be told by our server that the arancini noted as one of the appetizer options for the Restaurant Fest, was not available as part of Restaurant Fest but could be ordered as part of the regular menu! And the gnocchi main dish was too spicy for our liking. A disappointing lunch experience!

    We love Eataly! We always sit at the counter at this restaurant, to watch the pasta, salads and appetizers get put together - dinner and a show! The pizza was awesome, half price wine night was a wonderful bonus, Juan our server was quick, knowledgeable and friendly.

    I've been here many times and enjoyed the food and experince. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The food was not great. Ordered the burrata, had no taste at all, tomatoes were tastlessl. The spinach/ricotta raviolli was under cooked and again lacked flavour. There was a very badly misbehaved child close to us, that kept screaming and the parents did nothing. Although that's not your fault, it was distracting and several other guests did not appreciate it. We left very disappointed to be honest.

    Food et al was very good. It is a busy bustling and somewhat noisy but to be expected in such large busy rooms. I’d go back for the food experience.

    We had a latish dinner reservation (8:30 pm) on a Thursday evening. The place was fairly busy when we arrived, but we were shown to a great table at the window. We each ordered a glass of wine and the two of us decided to share three menu items, since neither of us was very hungry. We ordered a bruschetta, a Caesar salad and a pizza. Within just a few minutes, the pizza was delivered to the table and when we told the server that we’d expected the bruschetta to be served first, followed by a salad and then the pizza, the server explained that, since the kitchen closes at 9:00 pm, our entire meal would be served altogether. Sure enough, 30 seconds later, the bruschetta AND the salad were delivered to our already crowded tabletop. The waiter who took our order came by and we explained that we weren’t very happy about how this was playing out - he was sympathetic and apologized for not having let us know of the situation. It all worked out - an adjacent empty table was moved over next to ours to provide more space and the meal was generally fine (except for the Caesar salad, which had an odd bitter taste). We would suggest that if the restaurant’s kitchen closes at 9:00 pm, the restaurant should adjust their reservation system so that people can’t reserve a table beyond 8:30. That would allow for the meal to be appropriately paced and avoid the situation where the entire meal is plopped down on the table all at once.
