   The food was authentic and absolutely delicious. My husband said the oxtail stew was the best he’s had in his life!!’ Now that’s saying something. We spoke to the chef and told he we will be making this our favorite restaurant!!

   This was our best meal since arriving in Panama City several days ago. The food is totally delicious (and unique), the staff are helpful and friendly, and the outdoor space where we ate is great. It was definitely worth the 20 minute taxi ride from Casco Vieja!

   I always enjoy coming here because between the service, ambience, & food I know that the experience will be top notch. Yesterday was no exception. I celebrated my birthday with 2 of my friends visiting from the US. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and they were extremely pleased with the entire experience. Meeting Chef Isaac was a pleasure, especially since he was so warm & inviting. We’ll definitely be back to this gem of a restaurant that celebrates Afro-Panamanian cuisine.

   This restaurant has never failed to impress me. While the food is consistently good, I am particularly happy that a vegan option has been added to the menu and learned from the chef that there are more to come. This allows people like me to enjoy the restaurant with meat-eating family and friends; something delicious for all. This time, I took several friends who had never been to the restaurant. Everyone loved the food, and one person brought her family back the very next day. Also, the waitstaff and chef remembered me from prior visits, which is always impressive.

   Today was my second visit to this wonderful restaurant. My first was three days prior. Great food and service, even the parking attendant was friendly and welcoming. I’m from Illinois; if I ever make it back to Panamá City, this will be my first stop. Thank you, Isaac!

    Menu is great. Clean place. Service was poor. Wouldn't come back. The menu price for ceviche was $12, but our receipt listed $15? We asked 5 tines for a check..ignored few times.
